Behind every successful woman is her own higher self: Shreya Nath

“BEHIND every successful woman is her own higher self and staying connected to that higher self is the key to success,” said Shreya Nath, Founder and CEO of Headstart Manpower Consultants. She was addressing the online ‘Wisdom Hour’ organised recently by Vidarbha Management Association (VMA). This session was conducted in tune with the upcoming Women’s Day. Her topic of discourse was ‘Woman Entrepreneurship: Opportunities and Challenges’. Shreya Nath said, “Higher self is nothing but believing in your own personality, recognising your potential and acting upon it.” While sharing her experience of running a successful manpower consulting agency for almost two decades she said, “Today we are equipped with internet and other facilities at our fingertips. Life has become comparatively easier than it used to be.
Women should make the most of it by staying organised and disciplined. This helps them to balance between family and work fronts.” “A woman entrepreneur especially should have their mission and vision very clear. Once this is done, now you are ready to work towards it. While doing so staying alert about what is being offered in women centric schemes by Government is equally important. Women should have firsthand knowledge and be updated about the latest information,” she said. Nath further added that women empowerment will not happen unless woman try to empower themselves. Education and skills can only empower woman and make them achieve great heights. Woman can also seek opportunities in hybrid work culture post pandemic.
